Shipping & Returns
BioBunnies is currently shipping throughout Germany, the European Union & Worldwide via Deutsche Post & DHL. After your order has been individually packaged to perfection (a.k.a NO plastic!) and filled with lots of love 'n' goodies, it will be sent out to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Shipping within Germany via Deutsche Post & DHL:
Maxi brief Deutsche Post (for samples & small items): €2.90
Up to 3kg (DHL) : €4.50
FREE SHIPPING: ALL GERMANY ORDERS OVER €45
Due to the number of customers asking for pick-ups we now also offer our Berlin-based customers this option. Please use the code FREE SHIPPING at checkout. We will then contact you for further details of when & where to meet (we are based in Moabit but could be flexible to arrange a meet-in-the-middle!). Please note this is ONLY for those who are able to meet in person to hand over orders!
We are now also attending weekly Markets on Saturday & Sunday which we will announce on our home page (and our Instagram profile @biobunnies_beauty) where we will be each weekend :) This will give you a chance to try out the products & we love to meet our customers!!
Orders for the rest of the EU are shipped via Deutsche Post:
Up to 500g: €7.20
Up to 1kg: €11.20
Up to 2kg: €17.80
Up to 500g: €6.20
Up to 1kg: €9.50
Up to 2kg: €17.80
Orders placed on working days before 12:00 pm (CEST), are usually shipped the same working day. As it is just one bunny working her little tail off, please expect a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days after submitting your order, depending on your shipping destination.
If your order has not arrived within this time, simply take a deep breath & email me at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will be able to work it out!
Of course, I really hope that you will love all of your items but if there is a reason you would like to refund or exchange an item you will have 21 days to do so. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. As a small company we are unfortunately unable to subsidize shipping costs, therefore you, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. I hope this is a service I will be able to offer in the future!
